Shipping Policy

Below you’ll find the estimated delivery times for all of our shipments:

Once your order has been placed, we require 1 to 3 business days to process it. During the week, this usually takes one business day, but if your order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
After your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and the average delivery time is between 8 and 12 business days.

Placing an Order

Ordering from Kate & Claire is simple.
Go to the product page and click the black “Add to Cart” button. Make sure you’ve selected the correct options. Once everything looks right, click “Proceed to Checkout.”
On the “Information” page, enter your correct shipping details and click “Continue to Shipping.”
On the “Shipping” page, you can review the information you’ve entered.

Note: Every shipment is completely free of charge.
